can you get a mobile home with a basement ? and a upstairs .. if so someone tell me where lol

Yep fleetwood makes a cape cod like this also silvercreast homes just need the basement in and you tell them where you want your stairs,\

Most any mobile home can be placed on a pre-build block basement foundation by a crain. As for an upstairs, look at the modular homes.

You can have the basement dug before they bring your mobile home, and if you want an upstairs then you will have to have this built on.

dont know about the basement but where i live yea there is mobile homes that are 2 stories built just like a house with pointed roof in tennessee

Given the track record of "Mobile Homes", I think they should all come with basements. In a few years when they fall apart, there`s already a predug hole. All one needs to do is backfill.

You're funny!...

The only way to get a "mobile" home with a basement and an upstairs is to put it ontop of an already dug basement... then reinforce the walls, so they can support an upstairs... DIY!!
