Turn the water on in the sink the fish went down. At least that way, she might make it to a manhole with some water in it. The pipes in your house drain the water away from your house, and they don't hold any water in them. I hate to say it, but you probably killed your fish, by turning off the water.

usually red lobster gets the lobsters out of the central water main and put them in there tanks for the next day. you should go in there and check all the lobsters claws to see if ole josephine is in there.

If it went down the drain, then it's probably dead because chlorine is lethal to a fish, and knowing how tap water is full of chlorine, your fish is dead.
