I say this without any ill intent. If you have gained 30 lbs in a little over a month, you might want to see your doctor. That much weight gain in a relatively short amount of time can put serious strain on your body, most importantly your heart.

30 lbs! That doesn't even sound possible. No, I have not gained any wt. I stay away from fats and sweets. No junk food ever.
