I did this for my kids best interests but I feel like it would of been better to work this out with my ex but she refused to. Tell me why do I so emotional about doing this even though I know it is the right thing?

It's hard to let go of someone you love (or loved) no matter how necessary you know it to be now.
I have a court date tomorrow morning to finalize a pretty screwed up divorce of my own. Good luck getting through all this, at least we didn't have any children, what you're going through has to be much tougher.

When it comes to divorce you have to go into it with out your heart. Your children are the most important thing you have...you have to make sure they make it through this without to many scars...I suggest some counseling for them too....As far as your ex goes if you have 7 counts of contempt and refuses to work things out...i would suggest a litigator so you two don't have to go at it face to face...Good Luck.

Have you ever heard of mental health treatment. Time to seek it for yourself. In my opinion you went overboard, trying to pull something off on your ex that will make her miserable.
Yeah you can say you did it for the kids best interests. If you are getting emotional after having done this. It's the guilt you feel eating away at your guts, because honestly you know what you have done is an act of anger and revenge.
For god sakes man get some counseling, and quit terrorizing your kids with your behavior.

guaranteed she will punish you thru the kids. you did the right thing. expect her to break into your house and plant drugs and porn, kill your pets, threaten your family and maybe even hurt them. man you are so on the right track.
