music - I love 90s music lolll
movies - 2000s (better special effects!)
technological advances - 90s, that's when I got the internet at home :p
toys - 80s, I'm a baby of the 80s lol
shocking events - 2000s (crazy world we live in!)

I was born in 1962. I loved that decade. We had the civil rights movement, the Beatles, Woodstock, Vietnam, the assassination of both Kennedy's and Martin Luther King. Not to mention the first man on the moon. Flower child and Hippies. protests of all kinds. It was the decade of real change and I got to see it all. To be a child in that time was wonderful and magical.

for music the 60's and 70's of course, pink floyd the doors hendrix beatles,all thsoe awesome bands
technological advances well this one of course
and overaall favorite the 60's because it had a bit of everything, shocking events, music, and clothes
