I studied abroad with Kent State University in Florence, Italy and it was an amazing experience. I was not a KSU student before or after and they accept students from anywhere. Most of the students are architecture majors but they also have a program for liberal arts majors. I know that Syracuse University also has a HUGE study abroad program in Florence. Go if can, it was the experience of a lifetime.

I studied abroad in Rome through my college, but I studied in Germany through a third-party program called IES and they are really good. My friend studied in Spain with them as well and we both had great experiences. IES has programs in Rome, Milan, and Siena.
