We were blessed with a wonderful holiday. All of my family were well and we were all together. That's what matters most.

Define "success".
I think the final retail numbers will be fair, but not great. But, we all survived (everyone reading this), so that's something. Spirituality seems to have sunk to yet another all-time low, but that's a trend we've been working on for a while.
For me personally, it was a good low-key holiday with a minimal number of gifts given or received...a day off work...and a chance for a little reflection on the year past and the year coming. I'm calling that a success.

Ours was pretty neat. Our whole family (almost) was together. Can't remember the last time that happened. and no one left mad or bleeding!
