You're kidding right?
Put your two fists together and start from the left, counting knuckles and in-between-knuckles. A knuckle is 31, between knuckles is 30. February (the first between-knuckles) is the exception: 28/29 days.
Anyhow, when you get completely to the right, your last knuckle is December, therefore 31 days.

30 days has september, april, june and november. All the rest have 31, except for february which has 29.
