It's on Sci Fi and NBC. Times vary. You'll probably be able to pick it up on a marathon before the next season begins.
'Save the Cheerleader, save the world' is what Hiro, the time travelling mutant, says so they know how to stop the bomb. Everyone else is just repeating the only hard info they have. It's actually kinda cool. Catch it if you can.

They say "save the cheerleader, save the world" to get you to watch the series when it re-starts after the holidays. They imply that the cheerleader is key to their role as heroes but haven't provided details yet.

The fact Sylar can gain people from choppiong their heads off & chomping their brains (or whatever he does), if he were to do that to the cheerleader he would be invincible with all the powers of the other Heroes. So Sylar + Cheerleader = Super Sylar aka Superman with a cooler name & a bad haircut.

It's the old catchphrase of the show that hasn't been fully resolved yet. Somehow, saving Claire Bennet, the cheerleader from Texas who can heal herself, will keep the world from being destroyed, but as of yet, we don't know why she is so important.
The new catchphrase is supposed to be "Are you on the list?"

i love each minute of it! My well known is Hiro yet I also like Micah and Mohindar (even although he's technically not a hero). basically wanted to say to Emu - about Hiro's message to Peter, i imagine that he's probably tried to maintain the destiny many circumstances and he keeps failing basically because the bomb explodes. For some reason he has determined that the basically thanks to maintain the destiny is to bypass decrease back to particular factors in time and tell particular human beings basically sufficient information to make each little thing artwork good. *shrug* basically my humble options!
