You have to suppress your urges, this is difficult but it can be done. you have to cleanse your mind by not watching porn or any other movies that may stimulate you. It's so much more to life to enjoy. try to find some friends that will keep you busy. try volunteering at different community centers, bowing, swimming, skating etc, The main thing is keeping busy. This is not gonna happen over night but it will happen
