A good way of getting out of having to pay old court costs is to just pay them. I don't know where you live, but if you don't pay court costs in Florida you end up in jail.

A good way to get out of paying old, past due court fines? Hmmmm........... How about not getting them in the first place?

They will accept payment in the form of time served. So, you can go to jail for X amount of days, and they figure each day is worth X amount of dollars. Other than that, you're SOL.

You could sit it out in jail It is something like $2.00 a day or something like that. It would be better to just pay it.
