No offense meant to people with children. I have just been watching a lot of people in the shops over this holiday season, seems like the more kids people are dragging around is directly related to their perceivable intelligence. I have children, and come from a family of six---maybe I am an idiot too. But walk through your local mall this weekend and listen to these overweight Americans hollering, "Jasper, I aint gonna get ya no more McDonald's so shut 'yer mouth." Seriously, they should make folks pass a basic test before they have more than 2 kids. So...voice your opinions here please.

>They probably don't know what's causing them serial pregnancies. They probably blame their favorite deity and take out their frustration on the kids.
You are right, though, some limitations on reproduction would help alleviate quite a few social problems.<

Ha Ha, yeah there are a lot of dumb people out there breeding that is for sure. People in the US do not know how to eat healthy. Im lucky I was raised by my parents both from China and eat traditional dishes. Chinese food in the US at most restaurants is totally sick. It is not the same and is more junk and less veggies. They have a limit in China on how many kids you can have and it takes a permit to have more than 1, it would be nice to see the same in the US mainly because I see people that shouldnt even have 1 kid running around with 4 little BeBe kids all with different baby's daddies.

I don't know I have an IQ of about 132 which is not genius but it never even occured to me to have children. I like women and sex with women but yes, I think a lot of your large families are usually the uneducated. I know the Catholic church and the Muslims believe in large families. I am not anti social, but would not even think of having kids in a big city like LA where I grew up or in Vegas where I now live.

This is due, to the lack of education, a bad diet, this is the number one attribution for mental illness.
A fast food hamburger, had at least the meat from one hundred different cows,
Sodas, or anything that contains Corn Syrup, blocks a natural chemical to let our brains know when we had enough food.

Why should people have to pass a test before they have MORE than two kids? Why not take mandatory parenting classes and be required to pass with 90% or better before having ANY children? Any moron can reproduce, and that's frightening.

oh yeah, and this is the reason, I've been staying away from crowded places - kids running around running into people knocking things down, not moving out of the way, not paying attention. I'm telling you is a circus out there.

Yeah, also people feed kids to pacify them instead of parenting. I see this all the time. Television is the babysitter.

There's some truth to your observations. The folks with higher educations tend to start families later in life and have fewer children. The folks who get pregnant in high school have obviously started earlier and don't always stop at two.

Thats true, we have to have tests to drive a car, you would think that there would be a test for having children. How much better would the world be if you had to be liscensed to have kids? if parents could be screened think of all the suffering that could have been avoided.
