YES: when you are little and you believe in Santa, he really comes to your house, down the chimney, around the world in one night. When you stop believing, he stops coming, and mom and dad do it. When you're a grown-up, then santa and your parents both know that you don't need him anymore to enjoy Christmas because you grasp the concept of family and unity and the reason for the season. So yes, Santa really does come to those who believe.

Santa is magic and miracles
For the very young and the youngest at heart-- Santa IS VERY REAL in the most tangible ways--because they are the closest to that place !!
Then one "matures" and is faced with the harshness of the battles involved in getting along in the "real" world---and learn very rapidly that the "real" world frowns on anyone who is "immature" enough to "believe in such garbage"---so slowly but surely the maturing individual lets go of their grip on the "magical" side of things--and as they do-- the very real MAGIC disappears !! Then we who still remember the magic and how REAL it was---begin to say--- that it is something that exists "in our hearts" -- in order to compensate the "knowing" and the professions OF "belief"---so for us ---the magic is only a memory or something we see "through a glass, darkly"----BUT--- it is still possible--that on very rare occasion--- the magic will overtake us or touch us in some way---and when this happens it is totally unbalancing --- even unnerving --- to see that such stuff can happen against all odds !!
So---Yes , Santa exists
To some--in extremely real terms
and to others
only in ways of the heart !!

No and yes.
There definitely is not a man wearing a red coat that flies around the world on Christmas Eve. This is a fairy tale.
But the spirit of giving and kindness to children that Santa represents is very worthwhile.
I think Santa can be anyone who wants to give anonymously.

Santa is "magical" and it is from your heart if you BELIEVE or chose to not believe. Check www.noradsanta.org to find out if he is "real" or not. Who else would travel 91,000 miles in a single night just to make sure all the Good Boys and Girls got what they wrote on their wish lists and sent to the NorthPole and then eat the cookies and drink the milk and feed the reindeer all those carrots if he was not real, think about it.

no, santa isn't real. it's just a dumb attempt to take the true meaning of christmas away from little kids. you can still give kids gift but u don't have to bring up that santa crap. i swear if i have kids, i will tell them that santa isn't real from day one so they won't carry that crappy fact around them and then get devastated when they finally find out the truth.

Yes! He is real, in a way.
The Dutch have Sinterklaas which evolved from Saint Nicholas, a Bishop from Myra, in what is now modern day Turkey. When the Dutch immigrated to the U.S. they brought Sinterklass with them and hence how we have Santa Claus.

NO. to tell you the cold hard truth most Christians,Jews etc. hated that people spreaded the folktale. Because Santa spreaded the thought that Christmas was about presents and getting what you want when its really about GOD sending down his own son JESUS to die for our sins besides think about it...santa.....satan the words are just rearranged
