D drive is usually the cd.dvd drive; so if thats the case try uninstalling the driver, then switch off System Restore, then reboot in safe mode and run your anti virus.
You may need to switch off System Restore as back up files will be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run your anti virus and anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.

D drive? That is your DVD drive isn't it? Take the disc out.
If it is a magnetic drive, then the virus is probably putting itself back after it has been deleted, in which case, you could try booting up in "Safe mode", and rerun the virus scan.
If that doesn't work, then try majorgeeks.com, those guys are brilliant with viruses.

restart in safe mode command prompt...
at the prompt you need to switch from the c drive to the d drive
type - 'D:' press enter
your prompt says d:\ - so type 'cd "doc...\owner\loc..."'...
yes put the path in quotes and spell them out no tilde's [~].
your prompt should look like the path to the virus minus the filename.ext so type 'del filename.ext' or if it is a hidden file type 'del /ah filename.ext'
