Practice makes perfect! lol. Heel to toe is a good one, also wearing them at home and walking in a straight line whilst keeping a straight figure is best for starters. Its not that hard unless you make it hard. Best one is to walk around the house only on your toes, then put your shoes on, it will become easy!!!

All i know is to not bend ur knees when ur walking in them because then u'll look like a weirdo who doesn't know how to walk in high heels and is the kinda person who goes on the Yahoo Answers and asks how to walk in high heels.

As if you were the most beautiful girl in the world; gracefully and with confidence. If you're not accustomed to high heels than I suggest you practice, practice, practice. Walk on your tippy toes.

Practise... Start low... Work up to your desired height... Don't over do it... Before you stop change into your highest high heel that you feel most comfortable in...

pretend there is a six inch line painted on the ground, what one fott over the other in a criss cross pattern... some people walk as if they are in tennis shoes, but you have to think you a model... walking the walk and hopefully talking th talk....

Very carefully.. Walk straight... don't lean to the sides etc. Keep one foot infront of the other..

i place most of my weight from front ball of my foot to my heel.
you have to rely more on the front of your foot depending on how high they are and the size of the heel.
