Now That You Have Your USB Connected, On Your PSP, Select 'USB Connection' Under The Setting Category Of The PSP's Home Menu Bar And On Your PC Go To 'My Computer'..

A New Drive Should Show Up..
Click It And It Should Be Your PSP's Memory Stick..

From There, Open The 'MUSIC' Folder If Your PSP Is Version 2.0 Or Higher..
If Not, Click The 'PSP' Folder And Then Find The 'MUSIC' Folder..

From There, Go To 'My Music' On Your Computer, Or Wherever You May Saved Your Music, And Select The Audio Files You Want To Move, And Drag It To Your PSP's Memory Stick..
notes:
-If you coppied music from your cds to your pc via iTunes, they should be in the 'iTunes' folder of your 'My Music' folder, unless you changed the location..
-PSP supports only the following formats: MP3, MP4, ATRAC3plus, ATRAC3. WAV, and WMA with the latest updates
-Memory Sticks can only hold so much data depending on what size it is
-You can 'group' music on your PSP by placing your audio files you want to group in a folder within the 'MUSIC' folder. Note that the PSP cannot read any other folder placed within the folder.

There Is Currently No Way To Simply Import Music Onto Your PSP Much Like iPods, But Certain Made-For-PSP Software Can.
I Cannot Suggest You Any Such Software Since I Never Tried One..

you can't.Unless you're able to change the movie into windows or save it into your documents, you won't be able to download the movie onto the psp.
