Yes, blind people have dreams. Any person with a brain can have dreams. however, their dreams would probably not have much of a visual element if any (it depends if they were born blind or went blind, because someone who went blind would remember seeing.) their dreams would consist more heavily of sounds and smells.

I'm not blind, so I cant say, but I have heard that people who are born blind dream of blobs of color, and people who become blind dream like anyone else.

The better question is this - does a person blind since birth have dreams that include visual images?

Of course, if you mean aspirations, then the answer would of course be yes. A disability of any type doesn't rob you of having aspirations, although many times it makes those aspirations extremely difficult or even impossible to fulfil.

Of course blind people dream. Everyone has dreams. Without dreams it means there is no dialogue in one's mind. Everything shows up in dreams. All of our inner dialogue. What we fear. What we want. What mortifies us. You neme it. It's there.
