Some sites require You to have optimized pic with size limit
range kb 25 to 50 kb - that load in 5 to 10 seconds on a modem.
They do not want You to have real big pic because they download slow, use more bandwith and ppl with modem often abandon download of big pic and may even go away.
jpg You take about 70% save quality. normally You use jpg.
Changing compression quality is offered on save/save as.
With png You reduce colors to get them smaller.
( a good value range is around 40 colors ).
No do not know how to use a pic from net on these pages.
