Even regular women sometimes have longer and shorter cycles. It's nothing to worry about at this point. Even skipping an entire period is pretty normal.

If your period does not come you probably should schedule an appointment with your doctor. If your period does not have a habit of being irregular, than it might not be a bad idea to get checked out. This happened to me about 10 years ago and my Dr. said that it was the result of rapid weight gain. It may not be a big deal at all, on the other hand it may be your body's way of telling you that something is wrong. You may decide to wait another month, but certainly if you go 2 cycles without a period I'd make an appointment.

your fine, i dont consider myself irregular either and for the entire month of October i didnt get a period at all. i went to the doctors, and they said a rule of thum is to worry after 2 months- but only missing for a month is usually just your body going through some changes.

Think back carefully and make sure you're not miscounting. Then realize that sometimes stress or other things can cause delays or strange patterns. Have you started or stopped any medications or birth control recently? And if you're absolutely SURE you're not pregnant, and you still don't have a period, call your doctor and get checked out. Best of luck to you!!

Are you male or female? It does take two to make a baby. Why do people have sex and not make love?
