I am from the Apparel Export industry & based in India. This is largely a volume based business. Since you want to source for a single shop, your volumes are not likely to be high & thus you are not likely to get your own designs produced unless you are willing to pay high prices.
You should contact jobbers who specialise in purchasing stock-lots & export surpluses from garment factories. That way you will get teh variety you need & still source cheap.
