Try drinking prune juice or Karo syrup. If that doesn't work look for OTC (over the counter) enemas

In the future, be sure you have enough fiber in the diet.
Also, pick up a bag of prunes, and eat a few a week. That bag will cost you about $3 and last you two months.
If you have any peppermint tea, that's very good for your digestive system.
Otherwise, try laying down in a very warm tub, and gently reposition yourself in the tub as you like. The warmth helps- a heating pad could also work, but the tub would work much better.

Primary cause of constipation is lack of fiber and fluids in your diet. Here are some good habits that will help you:
1. Eat your meals on time.
2. Eat two bananas immediately after each meal.
3. Make sure you have yoghurt or curd (lactobacillus sporongenes in yoghurt and curd help digest food better).
4. Do not drink water WHILE eating. Drink at least 3 glasses of water approximately one hour after each meal.
5. Abstain from coffee, alcohol and other such dehydrating beverages.
6. Drink 750 ml of water in the morning, immediately after you brush your teeth. Wait for at least half an hour before you begin with your morning ablutions.

Drink lots of water - especially after eating. During meals just drink a little bit. Stools get hard from lack of moisture and low fiber.

Ow! I am so sorry to hear that. Try a big bowl of oatmeal or a cupful of raisins or prunes. Barring those remedies, a big glass of either grape juice or apple juice might help. I've also heard that a glass of warm milk might help.

I 2d that. you won't be able to remedy hemorrhoids through domicile therapy. there is basically surgical operation to reduce them out at the same time as they have stepped ahead. you may circumvent annoying them with constipation. severe fiber foodstuff routine with a lot of water can help circumvent the trauma to the comfortable tissue.
