Probably Randy. He knows what he's talking about, and he's not down right rude like Simon.

SIMON: even though he is an @sshole, his honesty generally shows thru in his criticisms.....although he obviously knows nothing about American C/W music.....
Simon has had a great track record of producing hit records in England.....but what groups of his ever made it big in the US? (Note: the only group that Simon *could* have gotten credit for was the Spice Girls, but he actually "passed" on them.....he didn't think they had enough talent!)
However, Randy "Dogg" Jackson is a lousy judge, and Paula is even worse.....at judging talent.
Leaving Simon as the best judge on Am Idol, by default...

Randy- because he has produced a lot of CD's and gives possitive feedback as well as negative feedback in a not so jerky way.
Paula is on drugs and is a flack. Simon is just mean.

Simon all the way!! It would be so boring without him. The other two love everything, and everybody. Simon can be brutal, but, he's honest, and love him, or hate him, he makes the show interesting.

I like Simon because he is the only one who will tell it like it is. He is brutally honest and that is what they need to hear. Plus it is really fun to hear him go off on someone that I don't like!
