I get up, go the gym, take myself out to lunch, come home watch TV and cook for myself. I don't really recall the last time I was really sad. I live alone, but I don't know that I would have it any other way. Although, I might call you up and invite you over.

Generally I sleep, take some time to let my dreams work out the problems I'm facing. Albert Eistein said you can't solve the problem from the level at work you created it...so if you were awake when you made yourself upset, perhaps dreaming can help you resolve it. Just state your intentions before you sleep and then dream away - set a timer, Then call a friend or find something to distract myself like a funny Movie. Sometimes taking a break from your Problems can help you refocus on the positives in your life. We focus too much on the bad we can't fix, then focusing on the things we can....the rest will work itself out. Journaling also helps, doesn't have to be formal but writing it down helps get it off your mind....there is much to be happy about if you let yourself see them....and remember the little things do add up.

When I'm sad I usually try to go to the gym and get a good work out in....I might as well be sad and look good ;)

I put a half-shot of cognac in a large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee and I watch Office Space on my 60" 1080p Sony.

I sit down and have a good cry, then I get up and put music on and just do whatever----like dance, clean or even just goof off

i play with my kids or take a bath and drink some beer. i get dolled up and take sexy pictures of myself to send to my husband overseas, if it's summer i lay out back and work on my tan.
