i weight 129 5'7, used to be solid cuts and muscle now im jus skinny fat, stop playing sports and eating right and i have a car now so i dont walk, i jus gotta 24hr member ship what would be the best 30min workout a day to get cut up and toned again?

Legs: Lunges, squats, sitting against the wall, leg press, running, and any of the machines that are for the legs

Abs: all the types of crunches and yoga exercises can help

do what you used to do for 24 hours?
or read a book about how to take care of youself so your self image is more positive. good luck.
