If you are looking for the normal games that are in the stores....You cannot legally get those for free. But apparently there are some people who have made some games for the PSP and they are free.

i remember reading sumthing about downloading games for your psp on the internet, maybe their website, (their as in sony's psp website) but i dont think its free
