What the hell is the point of this movie? It's not even funny and it doesn't make sense. It's boring too and it's about a guy whos name is 2 first names. And to think that on the DVD cover it clearly and straight forward says "The Best Movie Ever Made".

I found it Hilarious, I also find movies like The Water Boy funny and many dont. Will Ferrell is one of those actors that can make me laugh just by looking at him. He's the best there ever was, When he wakes up in the morning he pisses excellence.

Uh...it says "The Best Movie Ever Made" and the quote is said by none other than Ricky Bobby himself. It was a joke.
I agree the movie isn't as funny as it could have been. I expected more since it was Will Ferrell. I'm also a huge NASCAR fan. But the movie just wasn't that great. Anchor Man and 40 yr. old Virgin are much better.

I actually finished watching that about 2 hours ago. It was a tad funny, nothing amazing. They (my peers especially) definetly gave that movie more praise than what it deserved. You know Will Ferell, the whole " Best Movie Ever Made" is just a gag, you know that :D

You'll notice that they say things like "Best Movie Ever" and "Roaring Good Time" on some of the worst movies. It's all an effort to make money.

You dont have to be a redneck to love the movie, you have to be retarded to even like this movie. It is the worst movie I have seen in a long time, next to wicker man. It wasn't funny, and an hour, and some odd minutes of my life wasted.... Still like Will Ferrel just not the movie...

i thought that movie was hilarious!! Shake and Bake!! But it depends on what a persons taste are and some movies may be funnier to different people.

I completely agree with you. I don't know how this movie did so well at the box office. I guess it was a big draw for the southern white trash crowd. I thought the movie was crap.

i can't believe you don't like that movie!!!!!!! that movie is so funny!!!! if you don't like that movie then your crazy.
also, they always say stuff like, " #1 movie in America" when they don't really mean it and when it is not even #1 movie in America. i hate that. they say that in almost every movie commercial.
