Does anyone know the rules and laws of Missouri or where I can find them to run a licensed daycare in my home???

Contact the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Early Childhood Dept. They can direct you to the people who can help. They may also have guidelines on their website. www.dese.mo.gov

I don't know where you could specifically find out, but you could pretty much call any public daycare center and ask them nicely if they could give you a number for licensing. Let them know why you are asking and I am sure they will give you a phone number or an address that you could get in touch with the right people.

check your local state office... adult and family services will have more information for you since you will be working closely with them when parents return to work and need child care.
