its been stuck on 49% for about an hour and i've tried re-inserting and it still wont work. help please

restart your computer and just redownload it again. it happened to me the first i got the sims

ok i no precisely what happened yet ur sport could be currupted or u could start up ur sport manually u could bypass to start.... computing device.... then u will see sims 2 double deluxe and u double click on that. Or the sport could of been on too lots computers and the CD could have locked its self, i do no longer it ought to happen. yet i wish i helped u and that i wish u discover out a answer! :D happy siming!:)

maybe you dont have enought hard drive space or dont have the requirments for installation to the PC

I think they have it on X-box and playstation, if you know anyone else who has those systems and that game.
