Well, that depends on who catches you first, if the police, then maybe only a couple of hours, but if it is the gnome people, then, well it could be years and years of little people terror. Those things are creepy for a reason.

not too long, but have you tried asking him for that or where he had bought it from. A gnome wouldn`t bring you to complete poverty for buying it, bu even a day in jail could.

i don't think that you would go to jail. I think that the police have way more important crimes to solve than a drive-by gnome jacking.

That would depend upon whether you sexually assaulted the gnome after you stole it.

Well if you don't get caught...none.
Otherwise...none.
You will probably just get a ticket and be ordered to give it back.
If your neighbors don't press charges...a stern reprimand from the police.

none if you don't get caught, and even if you did and could afford jail i doubt the judge would give you anything but a fine and probation at the most...

No jail time at all if you're smart. Just go at 3 a.m. or whenever they're asleep.

if you weren't caught then no time at all; if you are caught then just apologize, give it back and maybe they won't press charges... either way steal it! those things are so very ugly.
