Spotting maybe ok, full-blown period not normal. Bright red blood maybe a concern. It's ok to be calling your midwife or OB for anything and everything, they're there for you. Call and see if they want you to go in (and if you aren't getting prenatal care than start now!).

You can bleed early in your pregnancy but it isn't called a period. It is very common to bleed for one reason or another.

Yes. In fact, a friend of mine actually got her period 4 months into her pregnancy. Although, a lot of times what you THINK is your period, isn't actually your period. When the embryo attaches itself to the uterus wall there is bleeding. Totally normal, though.

yes. it is very possible. if there is bleeding during pregnancy there could be problems. she must see a doctor and now. there's risk of premature birth or even miscarriage. bleeding during a pregnancy is not normal. there have been times when it's happened and the women didn't even know they were pregnant until the contractions came. if you suspect your pregnant you must see a doctor.

Unforn. No. Pregnant means her eggs are fertile and have no needs to release them. Either she is spotting during her pregnancy, is having a miscarriage, or isn't pregnant.

Ok..sorry..new information on me. It is possible...but personally..it doesn't make sense! Disregard my no.
