Tea Tree Oil. It's all natural, it's inexpensive, and it's very effective. I've been using it for years and won't go back to anything else. There's a new face wash with tea tree oil in it that works well for preventing break-outs (St. Ives, I think). I have sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate my skin at all.
