Sleep will help. That is the time when your body heals itself. Therefore, a good night's sleep could not hurt.

I had black rings when I was ill a few months ago. I hated it. I tried some expensive creams but SLEEP worked the best. Once the Dr gave me some medicine that helped me sleep it really made a huge difference.

Now if you get a solid week in of eight hours good sleep each night and STILL have the rings, all you do is conceal them.

Rest DOES get rid of the black circles but not necessarily the bags. Bags under the eyes are a result of genes and salt retention. Drink plenty of fresh purified water, and lay off the salt.

sleep really helps black rings. But you have to always get good sleep or else they will just come back. So if you don't want to get lots of really good sleep (like me...I just love staying up late) then i'd just go with covering them up

no its true, if you sleep well you will notice it in your eyes and skin, your skin wont look as pasty in the morning and your eyes wont have bags & dark circules.. Dark circuls can also be cause by dehidration of the body.. if you drink lots of water or at least two glasses you will notice your dark circles will instantly disapper! good luck.
