easily 5k. i bought my 85' civic for a just under a grand and that was blue book price. Check kelly b.b. and go from there. As long as you've fixed everything it's no big deal. Get it some new tires-or make sure that the buyer knows it needs them. Take it to a dealer and ask what year the piston rings were made. This is crucial in the early 90s they started using better quality rings, but some models only have the older ones that last 20years and the buyer will have to either spend up to a grand replacing the rings or more to just get a new engine. I replaced my own rings, but most people can't.

I have bought old vehicles some with high miles. I wouldn't pay more than $500 for your car. Most states will make it go through emissions testing (sometimes hard to pass in an older car) and it's illegal to drive with a cracked windshield. Shhhh, my winter beater has a cracked windshield and i'm driving it. Good luck.
