Sega Genesis 3 Not Working?

Question

I recently plugged in my Genesis 3 unit (the smaller unit) and I get a screen to come up and it says sega limited or something to that effect but not the Sega screen and the games don't work or go to the start menus. Any ideas?

it prolly has 2 much dust in it and u need 2 blow it off and make sure all da plug r in workin order
