Depends on if you know the person well or not because obviously somebody cant understand your silence if they dont know you well enough to know what you'd say to begin with.

Regarding the ppl that do know you or are suppose to know you, i agree 100% also because silence can say a whole lot more than words just by expression. So in that aspect, yes i agree.

Yes I believe that 200%...I think the same thing about myself. If one doesn't take the time to understand me when I am quiet..how in the hell will he ever understand me on a good day.
