Kwanzaa was made up in the 60s by militant racist Ron Karenga to separate blacks from mainstream society.

When once asked why he designed Kwanzaa to take place around Christmas, Karenga explained, “People think it's African but it's not. I came up with Kwanzaa because Black people wouldn't celebrate it if they knew it was American. Also, I put it around Christmas because I knew that's when a lot of Bloods would be partying.”

Ron Karenga was the head of the United Slaves organization (USO), a violent Marxist “Black power” group.

In 1970, Karenga and two of his followers were arrested and charged with conspiracy and assault in the torture of Deborah Jones and Gail Davis, two of his followers. Thinking that these women had tried to poison him, he made them disrobe at gunpoint and had them beaten. They were also forced to swallow detergent and another caustic liquid as part of their punishment. Karenga was convicted and served four years for the crime.

nicely, Kwanzaa is a get at the same time of the first African harvests. The call Kwanzaa is derived from the word "Manda ya Kwanzaa" meaning "first end result" in Swahili. As for the holiday, it replaced into created in 1966 with the help of Dr. Malena Karena. Kwanzaa replaced into made to fix the roots of the African way of existence and human beings. It replaced into also made to re-implement the bonds between human beings, and make existence cooperate with African human beings, a truly radical theory on the time. the international is replacing now, and many African human beings are left out of the social gathering or pick now to not have it because they don't evaluate it a actual African harvest. even although many would disagree with the holiday, it continues to be a huge social gathering to maximum Africans global.

Kwanzaa is a made-up holiday founded by the racist founder of United Slaves (Ron Karenga? I forget his name) in the 1960's. They were an extremely racist group that encouraged the hatred of whites and complete separation of blacks from mainstream society. They also hated the Black Panthers and killed two of their leaders. Ron K. was also convicted of torturing two black women and spent some time in jail.
Kwanzaa was originated by Ron to entice black people away from celebrating Christmas which he thought of as too white. It's a real mishmash of african swahili words and marxist principles and quite unrelated to anything truly from Africa. For instance, what society celebrates 'first fruits' during the dead of winter? No one in Africa knows anything about this fake holiday. Besides, the principles espoused in it are hard to reconcile with all the tribal hostilities, fightings and killings that happen in Africa all too often.
I'm really ashamed that our multicultural 'experts' in the schools swallowed this bogus 'holiday' hook line and sinker and are forcing it on our schoolchildren. If this was a genuine African celebration, it would be acceptable, but why do we meekly accept this creation of a racist, white-hating, murderer who tortured females of his own race? Surely there's something far better that's genuinely african out there.

It's a fake holiday that was invented by a black activist and convicted rapist in the 1960's. It is a weird collection of East African traditions that are not related to each other in any way. No one in Africa has ever even heard of it! What makes it even more ridiculous is that most black Americans are ethnically West African and so these traditions are not even a part of their history in any way.
