sounds weird
maybe after she thought about it she realized things were moving too fast, especially with the whole "i love you" stuff. its great at the moment, but girls tend to overanalyze stuff and maybe when she did it freaked her out.

She might be scared and wants to back off. her mom or dad may have said this is too much too fast. the word "love" carries alot and a simple comment can mean different things. You should definitely talk and discuss that your comments were genuine but you're probably too young for "love" to mean marriage kids till death do you part no other BF or GF and everything else. Ah youth! If only I cold do it all over again. Would I even ever use that word? I wonder ... practice saying this: "I like you a lot and I feel I can tell you anything and I'm so glad we are such good friends. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better"

I understand why she did that you told her that you loved her and she did not want to be rude and say well i don't love you, so just said i love back. She might was not ready to be in that kind of relationship. she might liked you or whatever but she might felt like the relationship was going to fast. just call her and talk about it

you need to sit down and talk to her. she very well may be confused with her own emotions as well as yours. she might feel as if a week is too short of a time to seriously fall in love with a person. also, she might be afraid of the vulnerability that it might make her experience. love is a crazy thing, and if she/you really are in love, she/you might do things that she/you may end up regretting. lol i hope this helps..just remember, communication is key!

She got caught up in the moment and panicked when she thought about it. I would talk to her and if she doesn't explain herself, then she's not worth it, I she has a good answer, then she probably did what i said.

Just listen.

Never say "I love you" unless you REALLY mean it.
