You know it's really puzzling but it's true that people are different in many aspects of life. I mean some people have good facial expressions like actors and performers but others just don't know how to communicate with their looks. So basically it doesn't matter. If you want some answers from the person, why don't you just ask them. Communication is key.

My face is generally pretty stoic. I could be feeling any of a range of emotions, and it probably won't show on my face at all. If they're generally relatively expressionless like me, I wouldn't assume too much about what they're really feeling. It can be somewhat offensive to pretend you know another person's emotions better than they themselves do.
Don't read too much into it, literally.

Maybe that person or is it you, is good at lying to people because their face expression don't change if they are telling the truth and or lying, you won't know.

just cause were not smileing were not happy , it dotn tel lyou anythign really it mean we all show happyness saddnes what ever in differnt ways ,look for body signs instead or the eyes,they tell all

i will ASSUME that they are not approachable, happy and in a constant depressive or angry mood. note this is my assumption i know that this may be untrue

that they are unpredictable. they are good at confusing you or maybe even missleading you. or maybe they just are a rather bleak person.
