i'm a girl myself, but she's always staring at me.... she's not legally crazy or retarded but she's just so..... one day she completely insulted me for no reason so i cussed her out, but at school she won't stop staring at me ever since.... she sits a row across from me in this one class and SHES STARES AT ME! it's freaking me out! If she's freaking you out the best thing to do is offer some sort of apology for the argument that happened earlier. Maybe you have nothing to apologise for, but do it anyway because it may defuse the situation and also you can take the moral high ground. If that doesn't help you should tell someone at school - this might sound weak but there are crazy people out there and sometimes you find out that the person has a history of this kind of behaviour. Plus you might find out that this person has had some sort of personal crisis lately and so is behaving out of character.
