Well, my mom wants to watch a Josh Groban concert that's coming here to San Antonio, TX on March 22. Does anybody where you can buy the tickets that's not online???

lucky you, there seem to be a lot in the san antonio area. i don't think they will actually sell you the tickets by phone, but I think you should still call the locations before you drive there to see if they have any more. It would suck to drive there and find out they are sold out, you know?
another thing you could do is just try visiting the venue and buying them from the venue. Do not be discouraged if they say they are sold out. If that is the case, just keep trying as it gets closer and closer to the concert date, because they will keep releasing some more tickets unannounced.
if you are afraid of buying things online, you could do what i did. I asked a friend to buy them for me, and I just paid him back with a check.
OR you could also try posting a message on the joshgroban.com message boards (http://p071.ezboard.com/fjoshgrobanfrm9) and try posting a message in the tour forums saying that you are looking to buy tickets for the san antonio show. If someone sees your post and is wanting to see their tickets, they will contact you and you guys can make arrangements to do the transaction =)

per most resell laws, tickets may be bought and resold as long as the person reselling the tickets are not selling fakes tickets, tickets that are duplicates of the original with permission of the event manager, or tickets that are sold for more than a fair amount of resell. The last part is considered scalping. Fair resale is 10% profit but may be lower or higher. Best to check with the ticket office to verify they are legitimate and the price does not constitute scalping.

You can get them through ticket master. You can usually get them through the customer service desk at your local super market. That's how ticket master sells them.
