Well it's only 2006. Unless you're asking about songs that are really new.If you like punk rock which i'm not sure of, i'd try songs of my chemical romance from 3 cheers and new album black parade.I listen to them when i run the treadmill and they just pump me up and get to stay in the treadmill longer.

I make at least 3 running playlists because I don't know what I'll be into that particular day. I really enjoy running to:
Taking Back Sunday- Calm Before the Storm
Kelly Clarkson- Since You've Been Gone
Pussy Cat Dolls- Buttons
Brand New- Seventy- Seven Times
Cartel- Say Anything (else)
Ying Yang Twins- Shake
Unknown Artist- Celebrate the Summer
Pink Spiders- Modern Swinger
I like to cool down with songs like:
Gatsby's American Dream- Just Like Heaven
Taking Back Sunday- New American Classic
Alkaline Trio- Radio
