A mere 2 1/2 - 3 inches is sufficient as only the outer 1/3rd of the female genital is sensitive. If you are smaller then you may have trouble. All ads about increasing size are hoax.
You can though take professional help froma sexologist.

Well, my penis size is never the same. Sometimes after I rub it it's soft yet big, and then sometimes it's small. Don't worry about it. If you're a teenager, it will still grow more.

Seriously just use your tongue instead, I have a friend that in the same boat as you are and instead of worrying about the size of his penis he learn how to use his tongue well. As a result his gf is very please with him.

im sorry to tell you but you really cant do anything with it... before intercourse you can use a penis pump... but any of these over things will hurt you... and thats the last place you want to hurt...maybe try shaving your pubs...
