Well now your going to get a story. On New Years eve one year, I had this weird feeling we were going to have a earthquake. Before midnight,I turned to my sister and told her that we would be having a fair sized earthquake in the morning. Next thing I knew, my sister was waking me up because we where having an earthquake! That's a true story. But I don't think there's going to be one before the year ends. If so, the animals would tell you.

That's the difference between science and "psychic predictions"!

Scientific observation would say there is 100% agreement that there will be an earthquake in California within the next week. However, you have not stated a precise location; the size of the earthquake you "feel"; or on what date.

Anyone "guessing" or making a psychic prediction such as your question, would then say, "see, I was right". But the scientific approach would rightly ask, "Right about what?" That prediction is similar to saying that the sun will rise in the east tomorrow morning!!

But people will scam others or simply play them for fools by making such comments as yours and then saying they correctly predicted it.

Earthquakes happen all the time but they are undetected. Since we're very near the San Andreas fault I suppose it's possible. I highly doubt that an earthquake large enough to hit the ricto by the end of this year, but hey who knows? A couple more days to see if your prophecy will be fullfilled. :)

We always have earthquakes. We had several in my area already this past week.

If you mean we will have "the big one". Right now we are being told these frequent quakes do not indicate that we are building up to a big one because they have been below 4.0. How do a feel personally? I feel some mild concern, but I am not having the same freaky feeling I had before our big one in 1989.

No, but I am thinking that it will have an earthquake (and I am talking about major) by the end of 2007.

Safe bet. There have been several over the last couple of weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area.

There is never a day when Calif. does not have several at various places around the State.

Do you usually have premonitions that are correct? Do you live in California? I hope not.

I personally dont have these types of premonitions, I have the ones on a smaller scale, that usually only impact my life and not the lives of others.

Well, it is my personal belief that God knows what he is doing and it is all in his hands.....that brings me peace.

Wow, that's real psychic power there. Because CA NEVER has earthquakes, much less pretty much one a week.
