I don't think that there are any one else but the kids that talk like that.
P.S. The whah whah whah is acually a trumpet with a special attachment.

All of the adults and teachers talk like "whah whah whah". The kids actually talk.

The only one that talks like that is the teacher. All of the others..Lucy, Charlie Brown, Linus, Peppermint Patty.....talk normal.
