What happens if the trojan horse is unhealable? And if I do a system restore, would the infected files still be infected?

the best way to remove those pests is to scan for them with anti-virus/anti-spyware programs and remove them otherwise your looking at possibly reinstalling the OS and formating the HD

If you don't want to download any programs to get rid of the trojan, then you need to just use System Restore and restore your pc back to its early state before you were infected.

Bear in mind that any programs that you installed, updates and drivers that you installed after that chosen restore point would need to be reinstalled.

If you have no virus scan or if u don't want to download anything your last ditch effort would be to hunt them down yourself in your hard drive and try to delete them. You may be able to remove them by going to add/remove hardware in the control panel, you just have to know what your looking for
