Well, on my 2002 they are on the passenger side end of the instrument panel. Open the door on the right and there they are.
And, don't be disconcerted by the other answer because I just saw the TV ads for the 2007 models.

On my 2002, you open the front passenger door and the fuse box is on the dashboard. It's in that area that is blocked by the door when it is closed, on the right side of the glove box.

Two places I suggest you look.........1) underneath your dash and to the bottom left of your steering wheel, there's a plastic cover that snaps open, exposing all your fuses. 2) open up your hood and there's a black rectangular box that houses all your fuses.

Its under coin tray and before hood opening lever on left hand side of driver seat (in my Middle east left hand drive honda) If you have right hand drive then ill be on right side but in same position. Cheers.
