ok so i started my period last wednesday and we had sex on saturday. i am on clomid 100mg 1 pill day. i also have pcos and am on glucophage and pnv at the persent and i just want to know what my chances are.

Download an ovulation calendar off of the Internet, that's how I got pregnant with both of mine. Good luck.

I don't know for sure when to tell you is the best time, because I think it's different for everyone. I know that in my case, I was not trying to get pregnant (because I was only 19, and the guy turned out to be a deadbeat) but I had sex 4 days after my period had ended. It was the first time we didn't use a condom, so I figured we'd be ok, but I got pregnant. So I would say that if you want to get pregnant, that would be your best chance... I heard it's within a week after your period ends that you are most fertile. (No matter what kind of medicine you're on, I would recommend trying then)

Your best chance to get pregnant/knocked-up is 12 - 15 days from the first day of your last period. (Last Wednesday was the first day of it, right?) That is the time frame in which most women ovulate. Good luck hun!

Have sex every other day from the 10th day of your cycle to the 16th. This worked for me twice while I was on clomid. Don't have sex everyday, it's not necessary or beneficial. And you should be ovulating between the 10th and 16th day for the most successful pregnancy, so this plan should work.

Try standing on a busy freeway blindfolded in the middle of the night in the dark. And make certain you are wearing dark clothes too. You will be doing mankind a favor.

try to work an ovulation calender set to yourself and also get an ovulation test kit (just like the HPT kits) GOOD LUCK!!!

get with a nice man who not want to "knock you up"
maybe somebody who wants to js lik it 4 a few hours to get you in the mood then see what happens
plan a week or so if u r up 4 it
