my ex-wife was ordered to pay me 1356.00 in our divorce but refuses to pay or keep a job b/c of a wage garnishment is there any other way to get my money?

Take her back to court.

Yes. You can file a civil suit and petition the divorce court to garnish her wages for the full amount. At the very least, she'll be forced to pay you back wages and if she doesn't make timely payments you can have her jailed and fined.

She will be in contempt of court if she doesn't pay it. You can put a lien against any property she owns as well.

if she has anything of value, put a lien on it..such as a car, a home,
and when she sells or trades in this items your money will be
applied to you.
