It must be broken at the bottom.. the top window is still in tact.. it wont roll up or down... and makes this crunching sound.. and i can hear crackling glass somewhere in there... How much is this going to cost me?

Actually it may just be the regulator as if you had broken the glass it usually doesn't just break at the bottom. the crunching you hear is the regulator. Door glass shatters and goes everywhere. if you put one palm on the outside and one against the other on the inside try to move it down if it doesn't move it is the regulator if it does move see how far down it goes if more than a couple of inches then you may be right. but the regulator broken will not let it drop more than an inch or two
The part runs around 80 bucks and an hour to install so probably less than 200 bucks and if it is the window the cost is still close. may be a bit more.

Not sure but your best bet is to try a junk yard first. That's if you can find someone to put it in. If not, going to an auto glass shop is going to be pretty expensive.

approximantly: 250 dollars side glass is 120 and and thats not including labor
