As was already said, it's the Philaelphia Museum of Art. He does it again in Rocky Balboa.

If you ever get to Philly, you have to run the steps. People come form all over the world to do it. There are even a set of footprints at the top and they've permanently mounted the Rocky statue at the base of the Art Museum steps.

Yes it was the first Rocky movie and it is the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

hi i think it was the 2nd or 3rd when he fought mr t it kinda look like a courthouse remember his statue was there then i think rocky 4 or 5 when he fights the russian he trains in soviet union and runs steps of that old house he trained hope it helps maybe ny cause of his accent or maybe detroit
